SHIPPING POLICY:
We offer free shipping to all destination in the United States (Priority shipping only). This free shipping service does not apply to returned orders for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned item.
Shipping rate per suit
Flat Rate Express Delivery any where in the United States---$40.00 (2-4 business days)
Flat Rate Priority Delivery any where in the United States---$25.00 (4-10 business days)
$10.00 will be charged for any additional suit purchased in the same order.
$15.00 will be charged for hat purchased in the same order

International Delivery  Rate depends on the country of destination. All orders outside America and Europe will be shipped via courier service only.
**All shipments are subject to availability.

RETURN POLICY:

We offer high quality products and all our merchandise is pre inspected for damages and manufacturer's defects before shipment. If  for any reason you are not satisfy with any product, we will gladly accept it back for exchange. It must be reported and post marked within three business days of receipt. We do not offer any credit nor cash refund. All returns will receive elegantsuit.com store credit to be used within 12 calender months. We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned item. 25% Restocking fee may also apply.
**All products for return must be in its original form.**



METHOD OF PAYMENT:

We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MASTER CARDS, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER. We also accept debit cards, money orders and checks issued in the United States only.
